Santa Hanoi Hotel hosted Ikebana Artists
Hanoi  celebrated the capital city’s 999th founding anniversary and marked its 10th year as the City for Peace at the recognition of the UNESCO and 36th year anniversary of Diplomatic relation between Japan and Vietnam with the Japanese Ikebana Flower Arrangement Festival, opened on Dec.5th, 2009.
The event was organized by the Hanoi Union of Friendship organizations and Japan - Vietnam Peace and Friendship Promotion Council (JVPFP). The festival took place at Literature Temple with the presentation of  Mrs. Ikou Sumura - Chairwoman of the Japanese Ikebana Association.
